Leaf Consulting

History

Leaf’s incentive was motivated by the market’s expressive growth tendency. We start developing automation solutions based on our experience and in projects we developed for financial and judicial institutions amidst others.
Leaf was created in August 2007, with IT technological innovation in the areas of consulting and Software Factory (SWF). In 2009, the launch of RPA (Robotic Automation) the BPO (Business Process) and the WKA (Workload Automation), motivated the need for us to broaden our innovation portfolio.

After 2011, acting in the so-called Legal Operations and the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) pilot project, we started automating the pre-judicial processes. Then in 2017, our consulting services grew through process management and improvement. We sought to identify opportunity analyses in several market segments.

In 2018, an optimized structure team started the BPO and Project Management within Leaf. During 2020, our company innovated through consulting and jurimetrics. In the same year, we initiated the project of monitoring Data Analytics.

In the international market, in June 2022 we started a consulting project in Portugal which provides Project and Process Management for judicial improvement and innovation.
